Join us at our München office for a breakfast roundtable on the subject of Employee Value Proposition in a changing world when we will share insights from European reward professionals and facilitate a discussion with a small number of organisations to consider changes in the focus of reward functions. In advance, we will provide a short list of questions to enable the free flowing discussion.

The traditional role of reward professionals is clearly under scrutiny, with all the evidence pointing to a quantum shift in the focus of the reward function and the professionals who work within it.
